Image Capturing/Scanning.

Original source documents are scanned and the output is transferred to DVDs along with index files. Such processes eliminate the burden and costs associated with unnecessary file cabinets & on-site storage space. This makes retrieval easier than ever before. Document imaging thereby transforms the process of document archiving and retrieval from a frustrating consumer of time and money to a valuable source of efficiency and improved customer satisfaction.

Now any company may duplicate their documents, data, and images and move them to a DVD for permanent storage and fast, simple extraction. We create batches for a group of logically linked images which makes indexing faster yet again saving money and time.
